What information do we collect?

If we complete work on your property or are provided with a plan to quote for, we may also hold dimension information in relation to your property. This information may be collected through our website or via direct communications with Richardson Landscapes.
Should you not provide some of the information we require, we may not be able to provide a full quote or complete the works agreed.
Why do we collect your data and what do we do with it?
We require information to better understand your needs and to communicate with you about any agreed or potential work you would like completed, to include:
- Internal record keeping
- The completion of a quote or estimate for work to be completed at your property
- The organisation of works to be completed at your property, to include possible materials delivery to your property
We will hold your information for the period required for work to be complete and for enough time following this to contact you regarding the works.
We do not use any automated decision making or processes with regards to your information.
Who will your information be shared with?
We will not sell or lease your information to any third party. We will not share your data outside of the UK.
We may share your information with companies whom we purchase materials from in order to arrange for a quotation or to have materials delivered to your property, this typically includes your address only. We may on occasion, with your agreement, share your contact details with companies of whom you would like to work directly with on a project.
With your agreement only would we share your details with other parties for the provision of a reference.
Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information or to amend information you believe to be incorrect by contacting us at email@example.com.
You have the right to withdraw consent for the use of your personal data at any time and maintain full rights with reference to your data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. You may raise a complaint in regard to this at any stage to the ICO.
