The enquiry
The client built their property a number of years ago. They have a very modern eye and the property has some fantastic architectural features.
They contacted us with a design they had drawn themselves and knew the type of paving they wanted to use – a beautiful Travertine-style, non-slip porcelain slab. Each slab is quite large at 900mm x 600mm.
The job
We set to laying the slabs out to the client’s design. The step was a little trickier as it had to be hand-crafted on site but this ended up being a particularly beautiful feature as it seamlessly blends the pathway down the slight incline in the client’s garden.
Finally, we re-laid the pea shingle around the area.

The ultra-modern layout of the design meets the architecture of the house and it all fits beautifully into this garden with its views across the valley.
